VIENNESE CRESCENTS
Barbara Hozik- Madrid 1980’s



1 Cup Butter
¼ Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Ground Almonds
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Cream butter, add sugar and then everything else.
Shape crescents with fingers (make a ball, roll to shape- aprox. 2” long).
Roll in XXX sugar.

Bake in a preheated 300° oven for 35 mins.
Let cool.
Roll in XXX again.
